If an open bid exists, the bid number and associated documentation will be posted on this webpage. You may also bid on JCPS surplus items by selecting the GovDeals logo below.

How do I become a vendor?

Click on the Vendor Application link to view the form. Complete the application and return it to Jackson County Public Schools at the address listed on the form. Please be sure to include your FEID number or Social Security number. After the application has been returned, your company will be added to our vendor list.

State Contracts

Under G.S. 143-129(e)(9) the Division of Purchasing and Contract within the Department of Administration establishes term contracts on behalf of state agencies and community colleges for a wide variety of commodities and allows local governments to participate in those contracts at their option. Jackson County Board refers to this list often.
