  • Our JCPS technicians are Lenovo Authorized Service Providers (ASP). This certification allows our team to perform official warranty repairs and onsite hardware services directly at our school sites, ensuring minimal downtime for student and staff devices.

Google Workspace Administrator Education Certified

  • Our entire technical team is Google Workspace Administrator Level 2 certified. This credential is built specifically for school districts, ensuring our technicians are experts at managing Chromebooks, student data privacy, and digital classroom resources. Earning this certification through Amplified IT equips the JCPS Technology Team to provide a secure and reliable digital environment that supports teaching and learning.
