After School Care Program

General Information

The After-School Care program at Cullowhee Valley is licensed by the Division of Child Development of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Resources. The requirements of this license insure that we meet all appropriate health, fire, and building safety regulations. It also requires that we maintain an adequate staff-to-child ratio and that qualified caregivers are employed for our program.

Application and Registration

Each child attending the After-School Care program must have an enrollment application packet completed and on file before they can take part. These packets are available in the front office at Cullowhee Valley School. A $20 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of enrollment. Families should call and check for available spaces if they are interested in their children attending the Cullowhee Valley After-School Care program.

Weekly Rate: $43 per child

Monthly Rate: $ 160 per child
